Blacktown Show Race 2025

BLACKTOWN SHOW RACE 2025

Blacktown Racing Pigeon Club, in conjunction with Blacktown Show Society, would like to advise that the Annual Blacktown Show Pigeon Race will be run again this year.

The event is open to all CCF flyers and will be flown from a scheduled CCF race in the upcoming 2025 Racing Season.

Birds must be young birds, i.e., 2024 rung.

Entries must be presented for judging at Blacktown City Show on 8th March 2025, at Blacktown Showground, Richmond Rd., Blacktown (enter via Kent St.).

A trophy will be presented to the Grand Champion of the show, as well as show ribbons and certificates to the various winners.

A five-bird limit applies, with an entry fee of $5.00 per bird.

Entered pigeons will be eligible for a race from approximately 300 km.

Race to be flown under CCF rules and conditions.

Entries will be accepted at the Blacktown Club Rooms, Poultry Pavilion, Blacktown Showground up until 10am on the day of the show, 8th March 2025.

Birds to be collected in the afternoon of the show, approximately 5pm

Blacktown Racing Pigeon Club would like to welcome all CCF clubs to participate, as this is an excellent way to promote our sport in the public forum, hundreds of children and people of all ages attend the show, so it is indeed an excellent opportunity to promote our sport.
